POS ACQUIRING SENIOR FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERT


The POS Acquiring senior functional/technical expert will work in the Acquiring area supporting the Manager and the working teams with configuration, analysis and testing activities.

This position can be based in Bologna, Milan or Rome.


Key Responsibilities

Quickly reach a good level of understanding of the current products and services offered by TAS in Italy and abroad. Become completely autonomous in setting up and configuring the POS handler product and linked components for new customers. Carry out gap analysis. Analyse new features, protocols and interfaces and prepare detailed documentation. Coordinate development teams.


General Requirements

University degree in IT. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a hardware or software vendor or in an IT consulting firm specialized in the field of POS Acquiring solutions and services.

Involvement in certification processes with the main payment schemes (P2PE certifications is a plus).

In-depth understanding of value added transactions (e.g. DCC, tax refund, airport vouchers etc.) mechanisms.

Fluency in oral and written English is extremely important.

Ability to prepare detailed analysis and execute thorough testing against them.

 

Competencies

Engineer with experience with a PED vendor and/or in acquiring certifications.

Team worker and objectives oriented.
